I would like to inform you that i am using the Ptcl telephone and Broadband service for (since 20-10-2011) with excellent services but unfortunately the service is very poor on 7 april my Ptcl and broadband service is not good i was complaint many times but your staff is not coopration with me to rectify this problem its very said and now i want to adjustment my bills last two months because my Ptcl telephone was dead in alternate days and times because my problem is my telephone wire and your Ptcl staff not change my Telephone wire and most important thing I was submint my application to the business manager for change the telephone wire in Johar Exchange.so I request to you do needfully regarding this and iam very greatfull to you.
